DRINKING WATER or another appropriate drink is essential at all training sessions.
- Fins (Short blade rubber ones are best)
- Hand Paddles (please ensure you have the right size)
- Skipping Rope (rubberised as opposed to rope or leather)
- Length of washing line (approx 4 metres in length)
- Large car wash sponge

- Drag Shorts (for both male and female athletes)
